All watch repairs are warrantied by SuisseWatchService.com for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty.
During the warranty period the watch movement and auto wind device are the only components covered under this warranty. These will be repaired free of repair charges, if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. As always, return shipping and handling FROM the repair facility is included to all warranty service. Customer is responsible for shipping TO repair shop.
- Battery, case, crystal, strap or bracelet.
- Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
- Water damage.
- Performance beyond COSC limitations, Average daily rate: -4/+6 seconds per day for mechanical automatic wrist watches.
THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF THE WATCH HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY ACCIDENT, NEGLIGENCE, UNAUTHORIZED SERVICE, OR OTHER FACTORS NOT DUE TO DEFECTS IN MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP.

The Customer requests and authorizes SuisseWatchService.com to examine and attempt to repair any and all problems found with the wrist watch. The Customer understands an estimate fee of $35.00 may apply if the Customer declines to purchase replacement parts required to complete the repair.
The Customer understands that the estimated time quoted to complete the recommended service depends on many factors and is a GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE ONLY. The Customer understands it is possible this time could significantly increase depending on what problems are discovered during service.
The Customer understands that estimated turn around times for service does NOT include:
- The day the Item is received.
- Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
- Time spent obtaining special order parts.
Pack your watch securely in padded wrapping materials (for protection against shock) in a sturdy box sealed with tape. PLEASE DO NOT use or send in The original gift box (or any other special box) your watch came in. Ship via the courier of your choice, but please choose a method that allows you to track the package for security reasons. Remember to insure the parcel for the full replacement value. Any request to return special boxes should include a handling charge of $20.00.
Return registered shipping is provided within the continental United States only.
International: Import duties, taxes, and charges (typically collected upon delivery or pickup) are the owner's responsibility and are NOT included in the service price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office prior to sending in to determine what these cost will be.
Unless prior arrangements are made, any item left for repair that is not picked up and paid for within 60 days of completion of said repair will be considered as abandoned and the item will be donated or disposed of accordingly.
