If you do decide to send in your watch for servicing, I suggest using a traceable method like USPS registered mail for secure delivery.

Use a sturdy cardboard box, plenty of bubble wrap and insure the package with a declared value equal to the replacement cost of the watch.

Please do NOT send in original gift box.
